AIDA 3 — Intermediate
Duration : 5 days in Xiaoliuqiu
AIDA 3 is where the sport really opens up — deeper dives, longer breath-holds, and the first taste of freefall. With the most water time and instructors that specialize in depth training, you'll learn from the best and reach your personal best.
Theory
Go deeper into the physiology of breath-holding and how your body adapts to greater depth. Sharpen your equalization skills, understand the risks and injuries, and enhance your safety knowledge.
Pool
Extend your breath-hold past 2m45s and your underwater distance past 55 meters. Refine every detail that matters and understand how to train effectively in the pool. You'll also be introduced to DNF — the no-fins discipline that defines pure freediving.
Theory
Four depth sessions, one dive per day — the pace that lets your body truly adapt. Paired with dry-land training that sharpens every detail, you'll progress comfortably to 30m, discover freefall along the way, try CNF ( diving without fins), and build the complete safety skills.
